PAYMENTβ I ONLY accept payment via PayPal invoice in USD!β For certain items, where listed, you can cover the cost with proof of a recent or current donation to a registered charity where the amount equals or exceeds the price of the item in question!
WIPS/REVISIONS (Commissions and YCH)β WIPS are shown for all large pieces.β Major revisions are free of charge during the WIP stage. Once the WIP is accepted by the commissioner, only minor edits are accepted.β 2 revisions (major or minor) are also welcome on small pieces.β I reserve the right to refuse excessive revisions.
GENERALβ All current sales (excluding those made through Redbubble) are for digital products. The commissioner is purchasing digital artwork which they will hold ownership over and editorial rights to only once payment is received. I maintain authorship rights.β The commissioner may contact me at any time for an update on the progress on their piece/s, however, it is advised to first check my Trello queue.β There is no set completion time. Completion time also relies on the commissioner responding to my inquiries within a timely fashion. I am disabled which effects my ability to work and draw.β Commissioned artwork may be used for any form of personal or commercial use and may be uploaded, posted, or sold anywhere by the commissioner within the boundaries of the law.β Itβs the commissionerβs responsibility to save and preserve all files containing commission artwork, I cannot guarantee that I will still have it saved at a later date.β No person/s under the age of 18 shall commission me without parental/ guardian consent. Please ask an adult to liaise with me on your behalf!
TERMINATIONβ I reserve the right to decline or to cancel a commission at any time. A full refund will be provided where payment has been received prior to a termination, only if the commission was not completed and delivered.β Any instance of art theft, fraudulent chargebacks and harassment or abuse will result in permanent blacklisting.β Any deviation from the terms above by the commissioner will result in termination of their commission.
